X-POLE Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from purchase, for the original buyer. Defects must be reported in writing, and merchandise cannot be returned without prior consent.

X-POLE may repair or replace the product at no cost, or refund the price if repair is not feasible. It does not cover misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or products from other manufacturers. This warranty does not affect your legal rights.

Important before buying

Measure from the floor to the ceiling where you will install the pole. With that measurement, we confirm if you need extensions and the most suitable diameter: 40 mm for small hands or extra grip; 45 mm standard for studios.

¿Qué diámetro X-POLE es mejor (40 o 45 mm)?

45 mm es el estándar y el más estable; 40 mm va bien para manos pequeñas o técnica fina.

¿Qué acabado X-POLE agarra más (cromo, inox, latón, powder, silicona)?
