The finish of your pole changes how you train

Compare the main surfaces to find the feel that suits you best. Grip also depends on temperature, humidity, your skin and your warm-up: there is no single perfect option for everyone.

Choose chrome for versatility; stainless steel for durability and easy care; brass or powder coat for more grip; silicone to increase skin contact with the pole.

How to choose the right pole

• Your grip feel: consider whether your current pole feels slippery or makes it difficult to slide.
• Your environment: temperature, humidity and perspiration can change how a finish feels.
• Diameter: 40 mm may feel comfortable for smaller hands; 45 mm is widely used. Check the options for each model.
• Installation: measure from floor to ceiling and confirm the pole type, compatible height and any extensions you need before ordering.
