X-POLE A-FRAME: your aerial space without permanent installation
The X-POLE A-FRAME is a portable aerial frame designed by X-POLE for training without the need for a permanent ceiling anchor point.
Its aluminium construction, four telescopic legs and portable design allow the frame to be used in different locations and adjusted from approximately 2.25 m to 3.48 m.
A versatile solution for aerial hoop, aerial hammock, silks, aerial yoga and X-FLY Flying Pole, both indoors and outdoors when used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The X-POLE A-FRAME includes a 1,400 mm top bar as standard, so no additional top bar is required to use the frame.
For customers requiring additional usable width, X-POLE offers the 2,000 mm Extended Top Bar as an optional accessory.
Important: selecting the 2,000 mm top bar adds it as an additional accessory.
The standard 1,400 mm top bar remains included with the base A-FRAME.
Optional X-POLE Figure 8 Connector
The A-Frame Figure 8 Connector is X-POLE's dedicated accessory for creating an easy connection point on the A-FRAME top bar.
It allows a daisy chain or carabiner to be connected quickly.
Depending on the apparatus, carabiners, a swivel, strops or other compatible rigging components may also be required.
Weight bags included · sand not included
The X-POLE A-FRAME includes weight bags designed to provide additional stability to all four legs.
According to the official manual, each inner bag can be filled with approximately 5 kg of sand or similar material.
Weight bags are included with the A-FRAME.
Sand or other filling material is not included.

Independently load tested
X-POLE states that the A-FRAME has undergone independent load testing.
For the training environment specified by the manufacturer, X-POLE publishes a 140 kg Working Load Limit with a 5:1 safety factor.
X-POLE describes the A-FRAME as a lightweight portable frame intended for home aerial training and light studio use.
It is not designed for dynamic drops or professional performance use.
Indoor and outdoor use
The A-FRAME can be used indoors or outdoors when positioned on a suitable, stable surface and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
When used outdoors, it should not be permanently left outside. Store it in a cool, dry place after use.
Adjustable and portable assembly
The A-FRAME uses four telescopic legs with multiple locking positions.
X-POLE states that unpacking, initial assembly and raising the frame should be carried out by two people.
Aerial training safety
Always use compatible equipment, suitable rigging and an appropriate safety mat.
Read the official X-POLE manual in full before first assembly.
Do not perform movements or techniques beyond your level of experience.
Uneven or unstable flooring may affect frame stability.
