X-STAGE LITE is ideal for practicing Pole Dance inside or outside the home.
The X-STAGE LITE can be set up anywhere with 3.2 m of clear height without the need for permanent fixings (shorter extensions available if you don't have the minimum clear space).
It also features spinning and static modes as standard.
It is supplied with custom carrying cases for each element of your stage, making it easy to transport.

- If your ceiling is less than 3.2m, we recommend you consult us before placing your order. The correct configuration should not be chosen solely by the missing centimeters to the ceiling, but according to the complete pole setup.
📏 X-STAGE Lite Height Configurations
The standard X-STAGE Lite configuration is designed for an approximate clear height of 3.2 meters.
All configurations always include the original parts:
- A-Pole 1.5 meters.
- B-Pole 1.5 meters.
If you select a variant for more than 2.6 m, more than 2.4 m or more than 2.2 m, you will also receive the corresponding extension supplied by X-POLE according to the selected configuration, which includes a shorter section to adapt the pole to ceilings lower than the standard 3.2 meters configuration.
The original 1.5 m poles are always part of the set. The variant only modifies the extra configuration supplied for that height.

The correct configuration depends on the pole model, the parts it already incorporates from the factory and the tube combination used during assembly.

Does the X-STAGE Lite always include the 1.5-meter poles?
Yes. All configurations always include the original 1.5-meter A-Pole and B-Pole.
What changes if I choose a height of 2.6 m, 2.4 m, or 2.2 m?
The configuration includes the corresponding additional shorter extension prepared by X-POLE to allow the pole to be installed at a height lower than the standard configuration.
Can I calculate the extension solely by the ceiling height?
No. The configuration depends on the complete set of parts and we always recommend consulting us before placing your order.

Before purchasing a Pole Dance pole, please make sure you have measured the floor-to-ceiling height in the place where you wish to install the pole. This will help you avoid any problems during installation, as you will have the correct extensions (if necessary) to reach the desired height.
